B.M. in Music Education from Capital University

Max has an extensive background in music education, with experience in several formats including symphonic band and marching band, ethnic percussion, and jazz music.

Marsillo has given clinics in several schools around Ohio, has taught percussion ensemble and drum line at multiple schools in central Ohio.

Max currently teaches drums & percussion privately at his own studio in Columbus; in addition, Max teaches with Jazz Arts Group through community outreach programs. Max is also the co-director for the Roberto Ocasio Latin Jazz Foundation in Cleveland.
